  1. 01

    Join the network

    Complete your referral associate agreement, pay the annual membership and transfer your eligible Florida license.

  2. 02

    Introduce a buyer or seller

    Submit your referral to the broker. The referral fee and receiving brokerage are approved and documented in writing before the referral proceeds.

  3. 03

    Receive your share

    When the referred transaction closes and the company receives the agreed referral fee, you receive 85%. The company retains 15%.

What does referral-only mean?

This program is for introductions and referrals. Associates will not take listings, show homes, write offers, negotiate transactions or manage sales through the referral company.

What about license renewal and continuing education?

You remain responsible for maintaining your Florida license and completing applicable renewal, continuing education and post-licensing requirements. State fees and education costs are separate from membership.

Will I need REALTOR® association or MLS membership?

The program does not include MLS access. Association dues exemptions depend on applicable eligibility and reporting requirements.

Is this the same as Evolve Flex?

No. Evolve Referral Network LLC is a separate company offering a referral-only program. The $150 annual fee and 85/15 referral split apply to this program. Evolve Real Estate's full-service plans have their own terms.

Can I transfer my license now?

Yes, subject to broker approval and eligibility. Request information and we'll send the enrollment and transfer steps.
