- Annual fee renews from the first closing after your anniversary date
- $650 per transaction for the first 10 transactions
- $7,500 annual agent cap, this includes the annual fee
- $350 broker transaction fee on every transaction
Production requirement
Ask About Evolve 100 Available to agents with at least 10 personally closed transaction sides during the previous 12 months, subject to broker approval.
Eligibility is reviewed after two consecutive quarters without a closing. Active listings, pending transactions and individual circumstances may be considered.
